Returns & Exchanges

At LeafOpal, we strive to ensure that you fall in love with every pair you purchase. However, if you need to exchange your pair for a different size, we are happy to assist you under the following terms:

Eligibility for Exchange:

​

  • We follow standard EUR sizing to help you select the right size.

  • If the size still doesn’t fit, you may initiate an exchange request within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and in the original box packaging, along with the original invoice.

  • Mention the desired exchange size and style clearly on the invoice.

  • You may also email us at care@leafopal.com with your order details and exchange request.
     

Important Guidelines:
 

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same style only. If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another style of equal or similar value.
     

  • Products purchased on SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
     

  • We do not offer refunds or order cancellations.
     

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to logistical constraints.
     

Note: During festive seasons, public holidays, pandemics, or adverse weather conditions, exchange processing may be delayed. We will do our best to resolve your request in a timely manner.

Domestic Shipping (India):

  • We offer FREE shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
     

  • Each product page includes an estimated shipping timeline, which begins once the order is confirmed.
     

  • We partner with some of India’s leading logistics companies to ensure fast and safe delivery.
     

  • In case your delivery address is in a non-serviceable area, our team will get in touch with you to explore alternate delivery options or provide guidance.
     

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct to avoid delays.

External factors that may impact shipping timelines include: - National holidays - Local or regional festivals - Natural calamities - Lockdowns or pandemic-related restrictions

International Shipping:
 

  • International orders are shipped via reputed global courier services.
     

  • Orders with multiple items may be packed in a combined box to reduce packaging waste and shipping bulk.
     

  • Custom duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in the destination country are to be borne by the customer.
